Refund policy
Please contact us immediately if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason. We can guide you through the returns process.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your product is faulty or an incorrect item was supplied, please notify us within 10 days of receiving the goods. To process this request, we require the Order number and the lot/batch of the product(s). We will arrange a refund, exchange, or credit as appropriate once we receive and inspect the returned item.
Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind, we are happy to offer you a refund, credit or exchange only if the item is returned unused, in its original packaging, within 10 days from the date you received it. To process this request, we require the Order number and the lot/batch of the product(s).

Any used, damaged, or improperly packaged returns will not be accepted.

The cost of returning the item is the customer’s responsibility (unless the item is defective).

We recommend using a courier with tracking and requiring signature on delivery for returns, as the item remains your responsibility until received.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you of the status of your return. If approved, a refund (or store credit) will be issued and automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Sale Items
Discounted or clearance items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
International Orders:
Ode Health does not accept returns on internationally shipped products, all international sales are final.
